Hi,
I’m currently running through the 12 week strength template and plan on ditching a few pounds afterwards while giving the endurance template a go. Can slingshot bench be substituted for the floor press without causing harm to my competition bench two days later? The 12 week strength program was the first time I used a slingshot and I liked it (plus, I spent the money on it and would rather use it than let it collect dust).
