Hi, I had a small umbilical hernia repair on december 17th and currently I’m still healing externally (probably 85%). Internally probably the body will take more time to recover.
Currently I’m doing mostly cardio activities like walking on a treadmill or outside using a weighted vest and light suitcase carries based on time. Yesterday I restarted light work with dumbbells like lateral raises, incline curls and basic bodyweight exercises like dead hangs for time on a pull up bar and box step ups with the weighted vest.
Before the surgery I was doing the shoulder recovery template with great success and I would like to get back to it or use another template as a bridge.
Any tips or a template that I could modify in order to get back to usual training ?
