Hi Coaches,
Thanks for all your resources; I used to be an avid gym goer but have recently regained an interest for calisthenics and home training due to the pandemic. I can imagine it would be more optimal to train in one time block than spreading training out, however due to being at home with my two kids and newborn, it’s difficult for me to focus my time for more than ten minutes without screaming going on. Would there be any negatives to performing the prescribed workout over the day instead of at once? Such as squats in the morning, dips in the midday and pullups at tea time? I feel like I’m picking at straws but wondered what your thoughts were.
Thank you.
