My schedule whether good or bad allows me to distribute my lifting sessions throughout the day. For example most days I’m able to get one or two main lifts accomplished over lunch, then completing the third lift and any supplemental work later in the afternoon.
Are there any potential negative impacts on training or performance that could come splitting up the work this way?
I’m working and lifting at home so some of the negatives of having to go to and from the gym don’t apply, luckily.
