Some lifts in morning and some in evening?

Is splitting up the day of training like this a problem? Say 1 or 2 lifts before I go to work and 1 or 2 when home? I used to complete it all in the morning.

Here in NZ out clocks just changed for daylight saving so I changed my alarm from 6:30 to 7:30am. (instead of re adjusting and changing my sleep schedule by an hour because I’ve had have major insomnia issues and don’t want to go through that right now)

I appreciate any insight

It would not be our preference. However, if it is the only way for you to get your training in, and the alternative is to not train (or skip certain parts of your training), then go for it.
