What harm, if any would there be to splitting deadlifts apart from the rest of the workout on the press template? I staeted working out in the morning again while the rest of the family is asleep. I found that I have more energy in the early morning than I do in the evening. I workout in my basement in a rack/platform with stall mats. Even with that the sound of the DL’s usually wakes up at least my son. I am thinking of doing the other work in the morning as normal and then knocking out DL’s in the evening before the time I usually crash?
