I currently do my training very early in my basement-gym. I’m not particularly a fan of heavy deadlifts and now even less so since I have small kids I don’t want to wake up with from the noise. Early AM before they wake up is the best time I’ve found to train consistently.
Any suggestions on how to make the lifts less noisy OR to program without heavy deadlifts?
I don’t plan on ever competing in powerlifting, I’m just training for general strength.
