Hello guys, hope you are doing great!
I live on the 3rd floor, the house is a bit old, but the ceilings seem to be good. My neighbours say they dont hear any noise while i am training. I can not drop my bar on the floor, so i have to always control it and slowly set it on the ground. Is this type of deadlifting “problematic” on the long run, with adding weights, since i do not have any other options in the comming year or two?
