I’m fairly certain I was going too deep during my second set. This was causing some uncomfortable wobble at the bottom and the goodmorning(I think). I was mindful about this during my third set and I cut the depth. What are your thoughts?

Not bad.
One thing I noticed is that when the reps get heavier you start to shift your hips backward when you come out of the hole. Try to stay in the knees longer, as in: try to keep your knees in the same position as they are when you hit the hole.
