Hi everyone, was hoping to get a critique on my squat.
I’ve been feeling a bit of pain in my low back (not soreness) so I started using my belt and I don’t get it during my sets now.
I feel like I’m leaning forward a bit much, but when I try to keep my chest more upright to prevent that, I often feel like I’ll fall backwards.
Tips appreciated!

Great squats!
The cause of your low back pain could be a training load issue (too much volume and/or weight).
Weightlifting belt can alleviate the pain, but I wouldn’t think that using a belt every single session would work as a long term solution.
Thank you! Maybe some rehab low back stretches on off days would help.

No.
You could start here: Pain in Training: What To Do?
The pain will most likely disappear on its own if you stay patient and autoregulate the training loads.
