Anterior pelvic tilt and belt

hello, I have APT, I Can squat and DL with proper technique, but my lower back hurts during the workout. The pain stops little while after the workout. Can the belt minimize this pain?I am currently lifting low weights to improve my technique, so, it may worse when I hit higher. Any advice regarding that?

It sounds like you might need to consciously squeeze your abs by trying to do a mini “crunch” before your squat and deadlift so you don’t hang out in overextension too long.
