Should I be squatting and deadlifting with APT? Especially with the deadlift I find it hard to get into a rigid postion with a flat lower back due to APT, so should I stop doing these exercises and focus on fixing my APT or is there a another way that I could safely perform these exercise
We do not view APT as a condition or problem that needs special attention. I would continue deadlifting.
