Anterior pelvic tilt and bad posture

Hi, I have APT and uneven shoulder due to years of incorrect posture. What is the most effective way to correct this problem?

I just watched your video on YouTube about yoga, and makes me wondering what to do, since yoga was on my my plan. I am fit, and added deadlift and squating to my sessions a couple months ago. I didnt had good postural results, although my technique is good, not perfect but, good. Can you help me on this matter?thanks

There is no such thing as “incorrect posture”. You don’t need to do anything other than train normally.

in my case, I dont have recurrent pain(lower back or shoulder pain), but the big arch on my lower back and uneven shoulder are bothering me. I am trying to find a way to fix those problems. Some people recommended yoga, Global postural reeducation (GPR), Pilates, but I dont know if these things really works. Besides social area problems, some techniques are a little bit harder to achieve due to the arch of my lower back(it is really big), like accentric part of deadlift, its not really a problem but another think to watch.

You might consider getting some coaching to fix your deadlift issues.

Otherwise, I have no further recommendations regarding your posture.

just to summarize things up…training with right technique will solve mine large lumbar spine arch overtime, and in long term this arch is irrelevant, or the large lumbar arch is irrelevant in general(except for aesthetics)?

I don’t know whether you actually have any true postural anomaly, so I can’t say whether it will improve with training. But yes, if you have a bit more prominent lordosis, it’s irrelevant for anything other than your own aesthetic preoccupation with it.
