I just wanted to know if there is any big reason to use Squat Shoes? I got some Adipower Shoes at home but I always just squat in my Converse (ass to grass). Does it make a big difference when squatting with the childrens weight I do (160kgx4-5).
Hey, 160kg for reps is very good in my opinion. Also means you’re well adjusted compared to some folks who make their total their identity
In any case, I think footwear is mostly personal preference provided an efficient technique can be performed. I think most people can find an efficient way to move regardless of footwear.
