Hi, I just finished a 9-week powerlifting program. I want to start to Strenght 3 template, should I do a pivot/deload week or take a couple days off and start from week 1 which is low stress?
I would just do the low stress week that starts the template out as normal.
That said, are you sure Strength III is appropriate for you? How long have you been training and what are your lifts right now?
