Starting the 12 Week Strength

Hi,

I’m coming to the end of The Bridge and have just purchased the 12 Week Strength Template. It says if you are coming off of a deload week then to skip week 0. Would the “Low Stress” final week of The Bridge be considered a deload in this situation or should I begin with week 0?
