Going from the Bridge to the 12 week Strength Template

Hi. On Week 7 of the Bridge 1.0 atm, with plans to do the 12 week strength after. I was thinking instead of doing Week 8 of the The Bridge (a Low stress week), to do the week 0 of the 12 week, which is also a low stress week. Thought this would allow me to use the low stress week to get used to going from 3x week training to 4x.

Is this okay? Or would you prefer i did something different.
