I’m wrapping up week 7 of the Bridge, and will be moving on to the 12 week Press template (12PT). Just a quick question about the transition:
Since Bridge week 8 and 12PT week 0 are both low stress, would it make sense to do 12PT week 0 instead of Bridge week 8 as my deload/transition week, rather than do both low stress weeks or go from week 8 Bridge to week 1 12PT? Take a week to adjust to lifting 4 days/week rather than 3?
