my question is what you thought are if there’s no rest day between day 1 and 2 in the strength 1 template.
so I’m training Monday Tuesday and Thursday.
My concern is with the deadlift and Bench, my comp deadlift and bench seems to suffer a bit with the assistance lift in proximity to my comp lifts, Should I rearrange the program or keep doing as written?
