Strength I and beyond

Hi there!

I have run BBM Strength I and enjoyed it a lot. I have 2 weeks left and plan to do a 1-3 pivot weeks after. I am able to lift 3 times/week which is the main reason I chose this particular template. I also got Powerlifting II recently, but the 4/week training does not fit my schedule, unfortunately.

My question:

Can I keep using the Strength 1 developmental blocks sort of indefinitely? Should I start adding extra set(s) of back off sets next time around, or is it more complicated then that? I would like to continue progressing while training 3x/week.

If you’re seeing progress here, I see no reason why you couldn’t re-run it. If you’re not seeing progress, you’re probably going to need more volume and/or a change of exercises.

Also, when rerunning any powerlifting type templates, if there is no meet or testing phase, should I still rerun the sports form and realization portions? Thanks!
