If one wanted to run Strength I as a press-focused template, can you go over the what substitutions specifically you’d make for all the upper-body exercises? Strength I has about 7 different bench variations plus strict press, so I’d love to know which press variations you’d substitute where.

While I don’t think that it’s a great idea to run it as a press-focused template, you can replace the bench variations with press variations you prefer. I don’t really have a preference for which ones you should choose, but my short list of press variations is as follows:
- Press w belt
- Press from pins, shoulder level
- press form pins, above head
- 2ct pause press at forehead level
- press + chains
- press w swiss bar
- high incline bench
- high incline close grip bench
- seated bench
- DB press
