I purchased Strength III and want to focus on overhead strength. How do I properly select all of the auxiliary pressing moves that were, by default, setup for comp bench focus?

I would have you select the following from top to bottom:
- Competition OH Press
- High incline bench press or press + chains
- Press w/ 2ct pause
- Pin press, shoulder level
- Close grip bench or press, no belt
- Press, no belt
- press no belt
- Push press
- High incline 2ct paused bench
- Pin press, above head
- Close grip high incline bench
- Close grip floor press
- Low incline bench press
- Dips
- Seated OH press
- High incline bench

Thanks for this. Question: what is the difference between Standing OH Press and Press, no belt?
Also, as a suggestion for Strength III, any value in providing a pounds/kilos version of Strength III default for BP and another with the recommended defaults for OHP? Since some of the lingo in the exercise selection is jargon to me (sports form, specialization), having a default starting point also for OHP would be helpful after running the template the first time. Thanks for your assistance.
