Struggling with maintenance and next steps

I’m a long time follower on BBM Instagram and have run some of the templates previously too.

I recently cut 20lbs after piling a bit on during quarantine and relocating to a new state for work. I’m 183cm and now hovering around 186-187lbs.

I believe I’m in a position to consider muscle gain as my waist circumference is 33 inches. But I am also more focused on conditioning now and being able to run whilst lifting. To that end I feel better being slimmer.

What I’m struggling with is maintenance. I always track and currently consume 2300-2600kcal most days with the odd day that’s over maybe 3500-4200kcal region, typically falling around social occasions. I don’t feel I’m really eating enough day to day as my weight is slowly trending down still, despite days of being over. My activity is around 2.5 hours a week of zone 2-3 (usually around 3 if I’m honest though) and at 4x resistance sessions a week. I do walk pad for maybe 30 mins a day if I’m at work too.

I’m struggling to figure out my calorie needs I guess.
