Sumo or Conventional

I just finished week 6 of the bridge and i’ve switched to sumo to test how well i do with it. I’ve found that even though sub-maximally I can pull more with sumo, my hips become so horribly tight after. So much so that by the time I squat 3 days later, it suffers. Should I stick it out with sumo or switch back to conventional?

So you can pull fine conventionally, but when you pull submaximal weights sumo it significantly interferes with your ability to train effectively the rest of the time?

Seems like a no-brainer to me.
