Thanks for all your great templates! Currently running LSF and have a question about how to set up the Swiss bar bench press.
I’m using a Rogue swiss bar (see image) with multiple options for grip width. Which grip is recommended? This is meant to be a swap out for the close grip bench.
is the angled grip closed to the center best, or one of the straight grips further out?

There isn’t a definitive “right” or “wrong” answer here, but when I use this bar I typically use one of the straight grips.
I know this question was for Dr.'s Baraki and Feigenbaum, but my suggestion: use the pair of grips that are the most comfortable, the pair that lets you exert the most amount of force without worrying about how your shoulders feel. My shoulders are very sensitive. I can tell immediately just by trying the various grips using just the empty bar. There will probably be a pair that feels better to you than all the rest. It might even feel really good. I suggest using that one.
