Austin - noticed that you’ve been using a Rogue MG bar - but missed whether you’re using the slanted grip version or perpendicular grip version. Which do you recommend? What’s the difference from an anatomical/training perspective?

I have the perpendicular grip version and it’s been fine so far. A few technical differences that take some practice to get used to.
I haven’t used the slanted grip version, but suspect I’d probably like it a bit better.
