Jordan, do you feel that there is a good rule of thumb to adjust the baseline recommendations for older lifters?
I mean, does a 40 year old male need significantly more protein than an 18 year old?
Or is the difference so minor that we just don’t worry about it?
Too many squishy variables here, but 40 isn’t old at all so I wouldn’t make that distinction.

The ‘recomp’ suggestions were working as designed from a body mass and strength perspective, so I’ll keep using them. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing something.
