So i am in the army and a lot of pressure is on my legs.Not long ago i was on a march 60k and i felt some pain and i could not move the leg.Then i went to do an MRI and they said that my ligament had been thorn for almost 70% .Some therapist told me to do some isometric exercise for my quad so can you give me some advice .
