My parents are 75 and 82. Dad just bought a squat rack and they are both very enthusiastic about squats. Do you have a template aimed at old folks?
Great to hear they’re enthusiastic about squatting! Sounds like the hardest part – getting people to “buy-in” – is already handled.
We do not have a specific template for this, as we do not feel that it is a categorically unique situation. As with anyone else, we approach programming based on an individual’s current abilities, limitations, goals, and equipment access.
