Template help

I was considering buying the new Body Building 2 template. I don’t have access to machines which I know it says it can be run without them. But would I be better off just running the Hypertrophy templates I already own?

If you have dumbbells, it’s definitely possible to do it at home. For me, I’d want dumbbells and an adjustable bench to really exploit the potential of the template.

What are the main differences in the Hypertrophy Templates and the new BB2 Template?
