Hypertrophy II v. BB II questions

Hey Doc, have really enjoyed running several templates. As between BB II and Hypertrophy II, I am leaning towards Hypertrophy II, maybe with the minor mods of adding a unilateral squat pattern, e.g., lunges, on Day 3 following the main squat, and subbing Pendlay rows for RDLs on day 4, mostly for personal preference. More to the point, has the Hypertophy II template remained current or would you revise anything in particular? Having purchased BB II, would you recommend I run that if my main goal for resistance training is muscular hypertrophy? On a final note, on the BB II template, I noticed that the second pressing slot for day 2 (supplemental chest 2) does not include flat dumbbell bench press-was this a minor oversight or is there a particular reason for not including this? Thank you in advance for any insight. On a final note, have really enjoyed the recent podcasts on cardio, particularly as I try to improve my conditioning!

Yep, the Hypertrophy II template is current and in-line with how I prefer to program. I think the BB templates are slightly better for hypertrophy, as they are the most extreme expression of training for size.

The second pressing slot on day 2 is designed to be a more vertical press, so no flat bench variations are there.
