Hi all. I have emailed in but no response yet so posting here too. I just got the paid beginner plan. The templates won’t open. I’ve tried using libre office calc, I additionally downloaded apache open office and that won’t open them, I put them into google drive and they won’t open with sheets and I tried an online excel file viewer - they all say the file format is not supported. Any advice or do I just get a refund? Cheers for any pointers.
