Giving the fact that a year has passed since your last post, I guess that you’ve managed to understand already for yourself what is the effect of THC and CBD. I wouldn’t use either of them while training.

Liquid with THC is the best

THC and CBD are both cannabinoids derived from the cannabis plant, but they’re different in many ways that may influence your next dispensary purchase. An easy way to think about it is that THC is defined by what cannabis makes you feel, while the effects of CBD can’t be felt. The important distinction is that, unlike THC, CBD will not intoxicate you. It also addresses one of the most common reasons people choose to use CBD—pain management. So when you buy stuff, you look at the quantity of CBD and THC and choose what kind of effect you want to have.

For girls, I will say from my own experience, there is no harm, since I am a fitness trainer and sometimes I use a small amount of thc containing products to relax and speed up blood circulation in the days after training, when the body needs to recover

Hey buddy! To give you some advice, first tell us a little about the circumstances under which you want to take the drug to relieve pain during training? It depends on the type of sport that you are engaged in, as well as on the dosage that you need to use, because the wrong dosage can lead to death or health problems.

Personally, I’ve tried using CBD before workouts, and I’ve found that it helps me feel more focused and relaxed. It’s important to note that everyone’s body is different, so what works for me might not work for everyone.

If you’re interested in trying THC or CBD before workouts, I’d recommend doing your own research. You can also try talking to a healthcare professional to see if it’s a good option for you. I think it’s better to take THC or CBD while engaging in resistance training after the gym. It will help to calm down the muscles and to consolidate the effect. What else is CBD oil good for?

CBD oil may be useful for treating chronic pain and reducing inflammation due to its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Also, some people use marijuana to alleviate anxiety and stress, as it may have a calming effect. My aunt has used CBD oil to stimulate appetite, which was beneficial during chemotherapy. It’s important to note that the use of marijuana may also have potential risks and drawbacks, including impairment of cognitive function, addiction, and negative effects on mental health. I have used the best CBD oil, that helped me cope with the pain.
