Hey Jordan,
I am 6ft 1in. 274lbs. 180lbs LBM. 35% BF. I am following a 2200 Calorie Diet using 40/40/20 Protein, Carbs, Fat, with Protein at 220g. Should I continue to follow this diet going into phase one of The Beginner Prescription? Additionally I get over 12k steps a day during work hours Mon-Fri.
