Hi! I was supposed to start The Bridge today, but due to being an absolute goblin lately I’ve developed knee tendinitis.
I was wondering if I should run The Bridge on the lifts I can do at full intensity while desensitizing and rehabbing my knee, or If I should run a press-focused program instead now that I won’t be squatting and possibly deadlifting as heavy as normally for a while?

I’m not sure that I’d do anything differently if you just started having symptoms outside of using RPE to guide your weight selection and perhaps changing the exercises if you need to.

Thanks, I was able to work up to some tempo squats with 55% of my max without pain today which is a nice improvement.
