Starting week 2 of the Bridge – great program, and thanks for making it available to everyone. Once it’s over, do you have a recommendation where to go next? Would it be worthwhile to repeat The Bridge so long as the weight can continue to go up?
If you’re enjoying it and getting good results, you could definitely repeat it. Or, if wanting a change of pace, select on of our other templates that is consistent with your goal(s).
Working through second week of the Bridge. 3-0-3 tempo squats are absolutely brutal. I have a hard time accurately gauging what RPE 8 even is! 6-second tempo squats - at 8 repetitions - adds a cardio element not present with 5 heavy/regular. I found you through Alan thrall and love all your stuff keep it up.
