I just got the Bridge 3.0 and have some questions. 1. for day one DL the summery shows no back off sets, but the log sheet shows -5% for 2 sets. Which is correct?
2. I see squat with belt and HBBS both prescribed. What’s the difference?
3. How do I interpret the fatigue and intensity information? Thank you for the work you do.

Just took a look at the spreadsheet and on Week 1, Day 1, the deadlift has no back off sets on either the overview page or week 1. In any case, the shouldn’t be any back off sets.

For Day 3’s:

Leg Press, Belt Squat, or HBBS (prefer leg press or belt squat)

Pick one of these to do based on your preferences.

The fatigue and intensity information can tell you how much training stress is being delivered and the average intensity you’re exposing yourself to. You might use that in future programming.
