I am currently on week 5 of The Bridge 3.0. Squat, Bench, & Press are all 4 x 4 @ 75-78% e1rm for back-off work BUT Deadlift is only 3 x 4. Is this a typo or programmed that way due to stress or something? Or should it actually be 4 x 4 at this point? Thanks!
