Starting week 5 of the bridge. My deadlift has increased substantially, nearly back at what I was pulling when I weighed ~30lbs heavier last summer, but bench and squat have barely budged. Do I just ride out the Bridge and then start a different template at the end? I’m still trying to cut down to about 200-205 before I start going back up, as I’m not as lean as I want to be.

Do I just stick out the bridge and then switch to the 12wk strength or GPP templates? I imagine I can lose the remaining 5lbs or so over the next 3-4 weeks.

I wouldn’t change anything on The Bridge based on what you’re telling me here. Look at how has your e1RM has trended over the last 4 weeks on The Bridge and if it’s generally trended up on your squat and bench then we could argue things are improving, right? I’m not sure if it’s wise to evaluate a program after 4 weeks by comparing current e1RM’s to 1 year old e1RM’s.
