Squat - 275lbs
Deadlift - 300lbs
Bench - 200lbs
Press - 135lbs

Bridge 1.0 - Twice. At week 7 now.

I just want to stay strong and remain functional, especially in the the outdoors.

Right now, I have tweaked my inner thigh muscle on several occasions but I’m being more conservative on weight.
Should I run the Bridge 3 .0, HLM or 12 week?
