Looking for guidance for next program template

Stats
68 year old male
5’8"
200lbs - need to lose weight
36" waist

e1RM
Squat - 275lbs
Deadlift - 300lbs
Bench - 200lbs
Press - 135lbs?

History
SSLP - Did 5x5 before that.
Bridge 1.0 - Twice. At week 7 now.

I just want to stay strong and remain functional, especially in the the outdoors.

Right now: I have tweaked my inner thigh muscle on several occasions but I’m being more conservative on weight.
Should I run the Bridge 3 .0, HLM or 12 week?

I would do HLM or one of our new templates (probably out within a week), either the Beginner Template or the General Strength and Conditioning template.

Doc,

I have just finished two rounds of General strength and conditioning. Showed some improvement.

Can I continue this program over and over or jump to another template?

Preferably something I can repeat until I pass away. LOL

As I stated in April of this year, I’m 69 years old and just want to stay strong and remain functional, especially in the the outdoors.
