Good morning-
46 yo male, 5’9", 250 lbs, 45" waist
No competitive goals. I need to drop some (a lot) of fat and would like to at least maintain strength if not increase.
Haven’t run the NLP to completion but have a history of strength training, so I’m not sure if that still makes me a novice. Latest numbers:
Bench: 20010
Squat 27510
DL 315*5
What template would you recommend for me? I had thought of starting Bridge 1.0 next week; thoughts on that and/or what to do after? I should be able to train 3-4 days/week.
