The next step?

My name is Jordan I’m 25yrs old and weigh roughly 178 right now at 72". I’m in a training program right now for overall strength gain in the BENCH, SQUAT, OHP, and DEADLIFT. It is a 15wk program that starts at 70% 5x5, then 75% 5x3, 80% 5x1, then starts over starting at 75, 80, 85, then 80, 85, 90 and so on. Towards the end the volume does decrease some with the intensity going up. I’m eating around 3500Cals a day mainly eggs, steak and rice, protein drink and bar. I have trouble gaining weight so I’ve been trying to focus a lot on getting enough in. I would like to be around 190-195. My main question is what template would be best for me at the end of this? I’m between the BRIDGE and the 12wk STRENGTH TRAINING program. Right now my numbers are around 205 bench, 320 deadlift, 265 squat, and 120 OHP. I’ve never been real strong and from listening to alot of the content from Barbell Medicine I would say I was never eating enough and I may be somewhat training resistant. It takes me a while to gain some strength and its never been big jumps. Any recommendations on what program and where to go next?

Do The Bridge v1 (the free one on the main BBM website). It will get you used to the BBM training style and introduce you to volume.
