Is organ meat chock-full of nutrition? Should humans eat it from time to time?
I do not think it is a uniquely health-promoting food, but if someone likes it I have no issues with that.
While I’m here, what are your thoughts on grass fed beef and pasture-raised eggs compared to the cheaper alternatives? A healthy animal would probably be better to eat, right (i.e., chickens and cows that get sunlight and a good diet)?
The current evidence suggests it doesn’t really make a difference. I would go into these sorts of questions assuming the null and then look for evidence that rejects that hypothesis.
