Are different sources of protein better than others? For example, I’ve heard that lean red meat is nutritionally denser than, say, chicken breasts. Is there any validity to this?

We’d have to define “better” a bit more specifically to answer this, but I generally don’t think one source of protein is better than another unless we’re restricting intake to low levels. In that case, you could make the argument that animal protein > plant protein.
