Tight low back...

Hi guys, I’ve purchased 3 programs from and I’m glad about this fact) Thank you
The problem I can’t solve is that my low back is getting very tight after deadlifts and squats. Sometimes I have to stop even if have strenght to continue, but low back pain because of tightness is too strong. 5 min rowing will completely take the pain away. But I can’t understand how to fix it…I’m not over arching low back and trying to contract abs and glutes before the movement but it doesnt help…
Can you please give an advice?
