Hi guys. I’m male closer to 5’6” and 165 pounds @ 25 percent body fat 36” waist. I’m looking to be as strong as I can I think 175 is a good weight for my height. So my question is should i bulk now or get my bodyfat down first? Bench 300#, squat weak 250#, deadlift 315# with no practice( did first workout with deadlifts in many years last week) thanks for all the great work you guys do.
I would just train consistently for the next 6 months and more or less try and maintain your weight.
