Training after covid vaccine injection

Hello,
What would you suggest in terms of training after a covid vaccine injection?
By training I mean heavy lifting (squat, bench press, deadlift etc) and aerobic activity such as low intensity running.

I ask regarding symptoms of general weakness and pain in the arm around the injection area. 28 years old.
If the arm is painful, any problem training with it except of temporary discomfort during training?
The same question with a general weakness, any problem training with it except of temporary discomfort during training?
Does it matter if it’s Moderna / Pfizer vaccine, or if it’s the first of second shot?

Thanks

I would train normally, and only adjust if needed based on your tolerance. This is what I did after my injections.

No to all three.

Will do,

I had shaking chills the night after my second shot (Moderna) and some chills and aches the following day. I found that ibuprofen was extremely helpful, and by the second day I felt 100%.

Yeah, seems that 2nd shot can be a bit of a doozy, but generally tolerable and well worth it if you would rather not get sick with covid.
