I know everyone really likes the starting strength program. What if I did something similar to it but kept it the same layout for each week instead of alternating workouts? What is your opinion on what’s below? Im not a brand new lifter. I have been lifting on and off for quite awhile but I’m just not as strong as I should be.
We like to know your stats-age, weight, height, and also your current training. It would also be very helpful to know why you want to use this plan over the SSLP.
That’s what I’m at currently at but I’m not even to my 5 rep max on all the lifts yet. Reason I wanted opinion on what I have above is because press is pretty weak as I’ve only been able to do sitting press cause my basement ceiling not tall enough to where I can do standing press. But I am gonna be going to a gym here soon so I can do standing press.
