Update

Based on our last conversation Austin, I decided to give the Bridge 1.0 a try. This was despite my PT trying to nocebo me because she told me it didn’t have enough Pulls and that I was going to make my shoulder worse especially if I don’t do face Pulls or wall walks etc. (I’ve been dealing with a little bit of inflammation and a clicking in the shoulder when raising it for a few months but it doesn’t hurt to train). Anyway, I decided you guys know what you’re doing and that my shoulder will be fine and just started the Bridge last week. We shall see how this goes. In fact, to try and reframe my mind and be positive, I think the shoulder will feel even better on the bridge and was probably more exacerbated by grinding 5-6rm’s for months doing what I was doing before. RPE has been a challenge but I’m getting better at it. I have a good feeling about where I’ll be in 8 weeks. Thanks man
